Lessons Learned #7: Creating A Profitable Start Up

TED is awesome. Here David Heinemeier Hansson, creator of the Ruby on Rails framework and Partner at 37Signals gives insight into creating a profitable startup company. Gracias Jeff.

Lessons Learned:
- There’s no need to dominate your market, lots of winners are possible. You don’t have to have a million casual mainstream customers, but rather a small dedicated customer base.
- This was actually a much more interesting and motivating lecture than the mere one ‘Lesson Learned’ would suggest. I recommend it to all small business owners and/or those who’d like to be.
